Privacy Policy

Account information: your name, email address, business name, and phone number when you create an account or fill out the qualification form.

Booking and ad content: the category, slot tier, offer text, logos, and images you submit for your ad.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — we keep only the payment status, amount, and a Stripe reference ID.

QR scan analytics: when someone scans the QR code on a printed ad, we record the scan time and general technical details (device type, operating system, approximate region). We use a one-way hash instead of storing raw IP addresses.

To operate bookings, collect payments, produce and proof your ad, deliver results reports, and send transactional email about your bookings. If you opt in, we may also email you when a new drop opens. That is the whole list.

Only the service providers needed to run the product: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google Drive (internal archive of ad submissions). Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with other advertisers.

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising trackers, no cross-site tracking pixels.

Booking and payment records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and any data we are not legally required to keep at any time.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing ryan@bynummailer.com. We reply within one business day.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will post the update here with a new "last updated" date.
